Abrasions

What is Abrasion?
Abrasion is referred to the skin wounds and scrapes on our skin. All we had an Abrasion in our childhood but it becomes a problem when a cut and wound become deeper which is very harmful and dangerous. An open wound is always a home for many diseases. Try to cover the area of a wound with a non stick sterile dressing. Cover the exposed skin with the layer of cloth.
