Anxiety

What is Anxiety
There are many conditions or disorders which are referred to as anxiety and these disorders usually cause fear, nervousness, worrying, and apprehension. A person as a whole is affected by anxiety. These disorders affect the way a person behaves and feels, and these disorders further paves the way to bigger and severe diseases. Anxiety becomes a major problem when a person lacks sleep and don’t perform other functions. In simple terms, anxiety happens when a response does not match with the normally expected reaction in a situation. Mild anxiety is unsettling and vague whereas severe anxiety can be very deliberating and it seriously impacts daily life.

Symptoms of Anxiety
